The two teachers are qualified to facilitate learning and each teacher has developed her own educator’s profile. This includes children’s personal details, planning, learning outcomes and other resources. The teachers have the responsibility of ensuring that children are socially, emotionally, intellectually and physically ready for school. Each child has a portfolio of evidence indicating his/her progress in the different categories.
At the end of every year (in December) we host a “graduation ceremony” where children receive a certificate, which they proudly display while singing songs like “wish me luck as you wave me goodbye”.
